Training

We provide training at our Bradley office. We can also come to your office for a special training session, if this is more convenient for you and your staff!
Construction Services
This service includes disbursement payouts, and mechanic lien waiver examinations. Our construction escrow administrator can meet with you to explain the construction payout process.
As each construction draw is made, the administrator will be in contact with the borrower, lender, contractor, and sub-contractor(s) to expedite the process.
Construction payouts can be picked up at our Bradley office.
Closing Services
We work closely with all local and nationally recognized lenders. Our technology allows us to receive closing documents electronically, giving our Closers the ability to print new documents when last minute changes are a necessity.
